No idea what’s going on with this equipment. Since moving to my new place last year, it’s been nothing but issues.ĮDIT: 45 minutes later, I’ve run out for an errand and came back to find allcpods currently online. I had Comcast for 7 years at my old property and never had an issue. During each call, they pulled the old “sending our strongest reset signal” line and got everything working but after disconnecting the call, the pods would fail again. 3 calls totaling 90 minutes over the last 12 hours and I requested a tech be sent out. Since then, the pods took a complete nosedive. Last week, got an Xfinity mailer saying speed upgrades were out and to reset my router to receive the upgrade. Pod set up was easy and flawless ~2 months ago. They suggested the recently released XFi pods to boost strength in the back room at the upper floor of the house (wide split level home). Got 2 WiFi cable boxes months ago which immediately had issues and a tech came out, determined the older router was to blame and replaced with a newer XFi router. We have a Comcast router centralized in our home.
